Blaze has a great team, which is growing all the time and is even busier than ever before.  There is a broad range of experience across the team from Assistants to Stylists to Style Directors and Creative Masters.  Each member is highly qualified and dedicated to achieving excellence.

Dominick Flynn

Dominick is the co-founder of Blaze.  He never stops striving to keep Blaze at the top.  To achieve this he has developed an intensive in-house training programme to keep his stylists and staff abreast if not ahead of the latest techniques in hairdressing by teaching and encouraging his styling team to be at their best.  He invites other top hairstylists from throughout the country to come and work with him and the team on a regular basis.

Lee

Lee discovered Blaze 8 years ago as the place where he wanted to be.  Dominick was impressed with Lee's professionalism and attitude the minute they met.  While still working as a freelance hairstylist in another town, Lee dedicated his days off to work with Dominick and to perfect his craft.  Lee has taken many courses during his time at Blaze, which has led him to showcase his work at the annual Salon International in London, Germany and more recently in New York.  He is a key member of Blaze and as the manager in the salon he is heavily involved with the training and development of the rest of the team encouraging them to learn more and push their creative minds on his design nights.

Rachel

We are happy to say Rachel has been with Blaze for 13 years, and as well as being an excellent stylist she is a proud mother of a lovely daughter!  She is currently working 4 days a week in the salon and assists greatly with the guidance of the younger team members.  Rachel is a qualified NVQ Assessor and helps Dominick with the on-going training programme in the salon.  Rachel loves to work with all types of hair especially curly hair unruly hair!

Joshua

Having lived in Costa Rica for many years, Joshua realised upon returning to the UK that Blaze was the only place to be to gain the necessary qualifications for his hairdressing career.  He has spent the last 5 years becoming a master colour technician at Blaze and has excelled in his cutting training.  He is now fully qualified and is becoming a much sought after technician and stylist in the salon.  Joshua is our Colour Guru at Blaze - anything you need to know about having colour at Blaze Joshua is our man.  Fluent in Spanish and always ready to help you, Joshua is an asset to the team.

Stephanie

Stephanie is one of our stylists at Blaze.  She has been hairdressing for the last 4 years and loves all aspects of hairdressing - especially colouring.  Stephanie is bursting with fresh ideas and enthusiasm, she has lots of innovative techniques when it comes to choosing the right style for you.  Stephanie specialises in mens hairdressing having completed several courses during her career.

Annie

Ainnie has been hairdressing for 2 1/2 years in the Germany, working in the city.  Annie is a Stylist at Blaze and she loves to design beautiful haircuts that complement your features and work with your lifestyle.  Annie is very passionate about her craft and loves learning about new styles of hairdressing.  Annie always finds a way to make you look and feel gorgeous and you will always leave Blaze armed with expert tips for managing your hair at home!

Stuart

Stuart is a Style Director at Blaze.  With a hairdressing career spanning nearly a decade Stuart has previously been working in Leicestershire & Warwickshire and more recently in 2010 he was selected to work for a year in the Clynol Creative Team focusing on photographic shoots, presentations, show work and being an ambassador for Clynol.  Stuart heads up our Blaze Artistic Team with Lee and education programme in salon.  Stuart is currentley working with the Blaze Art Team on new photographic ideas for this seasons hair trends....see their work on the Blaze walls and latest advertising campaigns.

Salvina

Salvina has completed her NVQ Level's 2 and 3 in hairdressing at the local college in the summer of 2010 and has been working as a colour technician at Blaze whilst she tightens up on her cutting work. Well in September 2011 Salvina has graduated onto the salon floor! Hurrah!  With a huge passion for hairdressing and her Italian style apparent in her work, Salvina ensures everyones day is a good one!  Salvina's cheerfull "can-do" attitude ensures she is always on hand to assist everyone in delivering a high standard of client satisfaction.  She is a busy technician and building her clientel at Blaze.  Salvina enjoys all aspects of hairdressing.

Libby

Libby is one of our full time colour technicians at Blaze whilst she completes her cutting training.  Libby has already completed her level 2 & 3 in hairdressing, but she is lacking salon experience and has come to Blaze to improve her skills and get the extra tuition she needs.  Libby is currently training with Lee, Dominick and Stuart and helps with the smooth running of the rest of the team at Blaze.

Shannon

Shannon is our Thursday night & Saturday girl in the salon....and we could not do without her!  Shannon's attention to detail and organisation of the salon's manic laundry system through to a soothing shampoo makes her one in a million in our book!  Service with a smile and she makes a lovely cuppa...Shannon is always willing to help everyone...we love her!  If anyone does cloning - can we have 5 more Shannon's please?!

Jordan

Jordan is one of our full time colour technician's and assistant's at Blaze.  This is her first full time salon position after leaving college after completing her NVQ Level's 2 & 3.  Jordan will begin her advanced hairdressing training in salon and we aim to have her cutting on the salon floor in 2012!  Jordan is a definate one to watch and we can't wait to see what ideas and shapes she will be producing!

Andreas

Andreas is our stylist intern from Germany for the next 6 months.  He has completed 3 years training to achieve his European hairdressing qualifications in Germany.  Andreas will spend the next 6 months on our intensive training programme and attend the local college to improve his English language.  He is always willing to help and is open to achieve more in his hairdressing.  Furthermore he is also fluent in the German and in the Russian language which adds another dimension to Blaze.

Olivia

Olivia is in salon on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.  She is still at school studying for GCSE's and hopes to become an assistant with us in the future.  With her bright smile and attention to detail in her duties we love having her in salon helping us.  A true team player we are lucky to have her!

Lindsay

Our Lindsay is a familiar face around Leamington Spa so don't be suprised if you seem to recognise her!  Lindsay is our "Lady Tuesday" on reception and can always be relied upon to brighten up your day and help you during your time in the salon.  Lindsay has been with Blaze since September 2010.

Natalie Flynn

Part of the reception team and general floor manager, she has a post graduate in marketing and NEBOSH qualification and has been at Blaze for 10 years.  Responsible for marketing, organising photographic shoots, training days and much more, Natalie helps to make Blaze the success it is by co-ordinating all team members every day.

Jackie Flynn

As a co-founder of Blaze, Jackie will not compromise on standards.  She is constantly pushing to reach high levels of customer service in all areas of the salon.

Saturday Staff

We are fortunate enough to have Saturday staff in the salon all year round.  They are a HUGE help when they are in the salon and we couldn't manage a Saturday without them!

Work Experience
