To avoid a cancellation fee please provide us with at least 24 hrs’ notice if you cannot make your appointment.  We do not accept appointment cancellations via email please telephone the salon on 01926 831478.

Failure to give us 24 hrs’ notice to cancel your appointment we reserve the right to charge you 50% of your appointment price as we are unable to fill the appointment time.
